R27 (Western Cape)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The R27 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects Cape Town with Upington, Vryburg, Rustenburg, and Pretoria. The section between Cape Town and Velddrif is designated the West Coast Highway. It is also indicated as the N14 between Upington and Vryburg. On the west coast, the highway connects Cape Town to Melkbosstrand, Langebaan, Vredenburg and Velddrif. The route is still incomplete between Velddrif and Vrendendal. From there it recommences and continues onward towards the Northern Cape border and Upington beyond.
