[edit] No Sweat (band)
A {{prod}} template has been added to the article No Sweat (band), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please tag it with {{db-author}}. -- WebHamster 01:28, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ledwith
If you reinsert the content that does not meet WP:BLP again, you will be blocked. Dreadstar † 19:24, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- Can you tell me why an official report commissioned by the Irish Government and written by a retired Supreme Court of Ireland judge which investigates the history of sexual abuse by members of the clergy in Ireland and which references directly the person the article is written about is not a reliable source?r011in 19:43, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- It would be if you had a source for it. I've explained it in further detail on the article's talk page. Address the issue there. Dreadstar † 19:46, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- Instead of "reverting", I suggest you present your new sources on the talk page first. It will save you from a potential block for continuing to add poorly sourced material to a WP:BLP article. Dreadstar † 19:59, 13 November 2007 (UTC)
- Don't worry, I'll leave you to do the reverting now that I've got a better source! Thanks for the advice.r011in 20:07, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi again, I may have wrongly edited this on your archive page, sorry. Can you revisit the Michael Ledwith issue please? I've added the actual recording of the "whistleblower" as a source. Does this make my case any stronger? Thanks.r011in (talk) 19:47, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
- One would think there'd be better sources for such serious allegations. First, this radio show is so slow and hard to listen to and keep track of, that I have no good feeling for what's being presented. And just how reliable is a radio show like this? I just don't think it meets the bar set by WP:BLP, but why don't you take it over there to discuss, if there's enough support by the regular editors of BLP, I don't believe I would disallow it as a source. But right now, I just can't say it's a good source, sorry. Dreadstar † 07:56, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
- That's ok, but a pity also, I've already asked at WP:BLP but got no answers. I'll raise it again, thanks for all your help. I truly believe this to be fact otherwise I wouldn't keep pressing for it's inclusion. I can understand why someone from outside of Ireland might question the sources, but RTE is our CNN (if CNN can be called a reliable and trustworthy news source). Thanks again for your attention to this article.r011in (talk) 21:53, 11 December 2007 (UTC)
Good job! You might want to check the link to the exernal site for the Ferns Report, it gave me an error when I clicked on it. Dreadstar † 00:02, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks Dreadstar, I've fixed that link now. Looks like I'll have to leave the whole thing be for the moment though. No matter how much it pains me! LOL. Thanks again.r011in (talk) 22:13, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
