Rüschegg is a municipality in the district of Schwarzenburg in the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is also an evangelical-reformed parish. It includes the villages Heubach, Hirschhorn, Gambach and Graben.

Rüschegg lies in the Alpenvorland at the foot of Ochsen (2188 m), Bürglen (2165 m) and Gantrisch (2175 m), which form the southern border of the municipality.

The neighboring municipalities are Rüeggisberg, Rüti bei Riggisberg, Därstetten, Oberwil im Simmental, Guggisberg and Wahlern.
