[edit] Redirect

Since Roisin is correct for all entries here, and Róisín is not, this should be at Roisin with the redirect from Róisín, not vice versa. -- Gene Nygaard (talk) 17:44, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Sorry Gene, I don't quite understand what you are saying. Most of the entries on the dab page use the accented version of the name, as far as I can see. Can you clarify? Ta. -MurphiaMan (talk) 08:28, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
It's not an error to use the English alphabet when writing in English; Roisin is a "correct" variant of the ones with diacritics. It is quite legitimately written that way in most English language newspapers, for example. But for at least some of them without diacritics, Róisín is not correct English usage. In other words, it should be at the one that is always correct, not at the one that is incorrect for some of them. Gene Nygaard (talk) 19:37, 18 November 2007 (UTC)
