[edit] Riff Raff

The reference provided for Riff Raff doesn't describe them as 'R&B Punk', it describes them as an 'R&B/punk band', i.e. a band that plays R&B and punk, or started playing R&B then later moved into punk. It may seem a subtle distinction, but I don't think this is a valid example of 'R&B Punk' as a genre. If it were, then any 2 genres could be combined into a new one simply because a few bands play both sorts of music. And lets face it, 60's R&B was an influence on all the early punk bands, anyway.--Michig (talk) 14:40, 25 November 2007 (UTC)

I see what you're saying, though I sort of disagree with you. I think that whether it's 'R&B Punk' or 'R&B/Punk' the intent or the writer is the same. Any other opinions out there? faithless (speak) 08:10, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
