"R&B Junkie" is a song by American R&B/pop singer Janet Jackson.
[edit] Song information
The fourth and final single from Janet Jackson's eighth studio album, Damita Jo (2004), the song was reported to be the follow-up to "All Nite (Don't Stop)", and appeared as a B-side to a promo vinyl single of the song. It contains a sample of Evelyn King's 1981 "I'm in Love", written by Michael Jones and Nicholas Trevisick. After the physical single was cancelled, it was only released for promo and to urban AC radio stations. Although being released to a reported thirty-three urban AC stations in the U.S., it failed to chart on any main Billboard chart, but did peak at number one on the Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles, after the release of Damita Jo. A music video was filmed for the single, but was not released. In addition, several remixes of the song have surfaced on the Internet.
