- Very true. The reason that you're generally not supposed to leave your email visible on wikipedia is that information on wikipedia is rapidly picked up by search engines, and once your email hits a search engine it's only a matter of time before a spambot picks it up. If you see any other emails posted feel free to remove them, if possible leaving a quick note with the person who posted it informing them of the problem. Also if possible leaving them a quick welcome message of the type that I've left you. --VectorPotentialTalk 19:40, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
