[edit] SPEW

Good thinking on moving SPEW out of house-elf; that section was getting rather large. --Mairi 01:34, 5 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] About Peoria

While you were tagging this article, I was adding a few new items (someone else just started it). After testing the title, I came across a very well-developed article already exists -- you may not be aware of it. See Will it play in Peoria?. Paul Klenk 03:48, 27 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Wow

I hereby give you this Barnstar of Diligence for being able to rid crazy stuff from this site so well. V. Molotov 22:01, 30 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Coipel

In light of the total revision of the article, would you consider changing your vote? Thanks. DS 19:31, 19 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] "shelby yoshida"

Agreed that is an awful article. But claiming to ba an award-winning artist is an assertion of notability under WP:CSD A7. If you think the claims are bogus - or that it does not assert enough notability for an article (which I would tend to agree with) then nominate it for deletion though WP:AFD. Thanks. --Doc (?) 21:33, 24 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Gillette (singer)

Instead of searching for Gillette just in English, I tried searching for her in first French and then German. It appears that this rapper is a real person, and had a hit in 1995. I don't know much about Swiss pop, but this seems to fit.

[edit] Replaceable fair use Image:Blondfire.JPG

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Blondfire.JPG. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Videmus Omnia Talk 01:17, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
