Are any of the stores mirrored? That is the drinks on the right side? --Gbleem 04:04, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
Weren't there other QT products like QT bacon? --Gbleem 04:52, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
What is the relation to Quick and Tasty? A wholly owned subsidiary? I worked as a temp at their factory in Wichita the last summer before it was closed. The new one is just south of Kansas City, MO. --Gbleem 04:53, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
RE: Quik 'n Tasty - Yes, QnT is a wholly own subsidiary of QuikTrip. Please see: http://www.quiktrip.com/quikntasty/aboutqnt.asp --N7VQM 04:30, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
RE: There is one store that I know of that is mirrored. It is store 326 in Wichita, KS.(DisturbedPuppy 18:08, 9 December 2006 (UTC))
I was once told by a Store Manager that QT has an agreement with 7/11 never to build a store in OKC in exchange for them to never build a store in Tulsa. Is this legal? --Jimwelch 22:29, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] The QuikTrip MySpace Page
It's rather sparse. I question it's authenticity. Anybody and their brother can slap up a page on MySpace with any content they want. --angrykeyboarder (a/k/a:Scott) 17:16, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Employee editing?
Does anyone else feel like this was obviously written by an employee of QT? I'm a huge fan of QT, and shop there often, but seriously, do we need to know that they try to replace old buildings with new ones or that customers can "add cherry or vanilla" to their drinks? - Then by all means, be bold and remove any content you feel is POV.↔NMajdan•talk•EditorReview 14:59, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Who else better? We are the biggest fans of QT. As long as we don't put anything biased like "QT is better than all other C-stores." The fact that the company replaces old stores is a business practice to maintain the highest quality for the customers. I do agree that the cherry/vanilla thing is a bit much. Most places have that now anyway. It is basically a standard addition to fountain machines.--DisturbedPuppy 23:35, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
- Someone just tagged this article for speedy deletion. I added the hangon tag. As it stands this article needs a substantial rewrite to make this look like less of an advertisement. And while I wrote the original article three years ago, I have absolutely no connection with QT other than as an occasional customer. --Iowahwyman 21:20, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Carwashes
Is there anyone who is interested in making an area for the new QT carwashes? I am new to the editing process and don't want to screw anything up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DisturbedPuppy (talk • contribs)
[edit] Cleanup
I can't bear to see an article on QT deleted (I love that place) so I cleaned up the article and removed the tags (per the instructions in the speedy delete tag). This organization is clearly notable, and the article wasn't too far off a pov status. Feel free to take it further. --TrustTruth 21:47, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
Regarding, citation needed for lower gas prices, for years the price of gas in Bartlesville was 0.10 higher than in Tulsa, despite it being the home of Phillips Petroleum at the time. When QT came to town in the late 70's, prices are 1-2 cents cheaper than Tulsa. The cheaper now is due to Tulsa needing more add-ins for cleaner air. --Jimwelch 22:19, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Six Months
You have to work six months at qt to get any kind of promotion. Also i don't know if this should belong but of the people that apply only about 2 out of 10 applicants get hired for an assistant manager and 4 out of 10 get hired to be a clerk, and only 75% of clerks pass training. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.213.233.162 (talk) 00:01, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
Furthermore, I'm pretty sure that the 'everyone must work in a QT store' is bunk. There are lots of IT people who have never worked in a store. QT would be shooting themselves in the foot to require that, as they would lose a lot of good prospective candidates by doing that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.99.52.46 (talk) 15:45, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
Everyone has to work at least one shift in a store. Even Facility Support. 68.103.206.91 (talk) 17:11, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
