Quiz Nanairo Dreams - Nijiirochō no Kiseki (クイズなないろDREAMS 虹色町の奇跡?) is an arcade game released by Capcom in 1996 on the CPS-2 arcade system board, later being ported to the Sony PlayStation and the Sega Saturn. The game, released in Japan only, puts the player through a series of situations were they must answer various questions to progress.

- One of the female characters in Quiz Nanairo Dreams, Saki, appears as a helper character in the Capcom fighting game Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes.
- Saki also appears as Capcom character card C119 in the Neo Geo Pocket Color game SNK vs. Capcom: Card Fighters Clash. Another character, Rints, is depicted on Action card A43.
- A rough translation of the game's full title into english is Quiz Seven Color Dreams - Miracle of Rainbow Color Village.
