Quirnbach is an Ortsgemeinde – a community belonging to a Verbandsgemeinde – in the Westerwaldkreis in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.

Quirnbach lies 3 km southeast of Selters on the kleiner Saynbach in the middle of woodlands and meadowlands. It belongs to the Verbandsgemeinde of Selters, a kind of collective municipality found only in Rhineland-Palatinate. Its seat is in the like-named town.

In 1462, Quirnbach had its first documentary mention. The name’s spelling has changed over the centuries from Quirenbach to Querenbach to Quirnbach. In 1972, in the course of municipal restructuring, the Verbandsgemeinde of Selters was founded.
