Quintus Fabius Maximus Gurges (d. 265 BC), an otherwise obscure Roman consul in the year 265 BC, was the son of Quintus Fabius Maximus Gurges and father of the Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus.
Gurges was slain in his third consulship (265 BC), while engaged in quelling some disturbances at Vulsinii in Etruria.
His son was Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus, who was elected consul several times, and was censor; he was twice dictator in 221 and 217 BC.
He also had a daughter, whose daughter was married to Tiberius Otacilius Crassus and had children with him.
