Quinn Lemley, a native of Columbus, Indiana, is an American singer, who has often been compared to Rita Hayworth. She will be starring as Hayworth in The Heat is On, A Life in Concert in a special one night engagement at B.B. Kings in New York City on July 25, 2007. She will be celebrating the life, loves and career of The Love Goddess; music, marriages, reported paramours, et al.
She performs much of Hayworth's repertory, including: Put The Blame on Mame, The Lady is a Tramp, 'S Wonderful, Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, Amado Mio, Long Ago & Far Away, Zip, I’m Old Fashioned and Steppin' Out.
Lemley has appeared at major theatres and clubs around the U.S. and Europe. As an actress, Lemley has acted on the New York stage in, among other productions, Israel Horovitz’s Barking Sharks. She has recorded five CDs.
