Quido Lanzaat (born 30 September 1979) is a Dutch football (soccer) player currently (as of June 2007) playing for Bulgarian club PFC CSKA Sofia as a defender.
Born in Amsterdam, Lanzaat is a product of the AFC Ajax football academy. With Ajax, he has played in the UEFA Cup and the UEFA Champions League and was capped for his country at youth and under-21 level. In early 2000, he moved to Germany to play for Borussia Mönchengladbach and in 2002 he was transferred to Alemannia Aachen; with that team, he reached the final of the DFB-Pokal in 2004. In 2004 he was acquired by TSV 1860 München. His last team before moving to Bulgaria in the summer of 2007 was MSV Duisburg, for whom he played in the 2006-07 season.
As a Borussia Mönchengladbach player, Lanzaat was involved in a drug scandal. Tetrahydrocannabinol was detected in his blood during a doping test, indicative of hashish use. As a result, he was banned from playing football professionally for three months.
