Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. The software being depicted is itself copyrighted, so there is no way an equivalent free image can be created
  2. The software being depicted is no longer commercially available, so no commercial harm is being done by this use
  3. The picture adds significantly to the article, by giving a visual indication of typical user interface of the software
  4. The image is of the minimum size necessary to enable the text on it to be readable
