Thanks. Now I know how template(?) works. I tested at law4u.net's wiki.  :)--Queenmillennia 08:38, 19 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Latin help

{{Helpme}}

My friend is studying Roman law, and the person is wondering what fustis is. Fustis appears here:

et quia plerumque incendia culpa fiunt inhabitantium,
aut fustibus castigat eos qui neglegentius ignem habuerunt,
aut severa interlocutione comminatus
fustium castigationem remittit.

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/fustis says about Latin word fustis. But, unclear. Anybody knows how's the shape of fustis ?

I haven't the faintest idea, however if you ask at the language section of the Reference Desk, I'm sure someone will be able to provide a translation. You might be able to ask on Wiktionary as well. I hope this helps some, but if not, feel free to put up another helpme. Hersfold (t/a/c) 17:15, 14 February 2008 (UTC)
