All right, before we begin, there's a few questions that I need to ask you. There is no right or wrong answer to these questions. However, they will be very useful to me to identify some of the reasons you're doing this, what your priorities are, and some of the areas to focus on.

  1. What is adminship to you? (Do not rattle out the answer from Wikipedia:Administrators. I'll stop admin coaching if you do.)
    In brief, carrying out certain responsibilities and obligations in exchange for various priveliges. Being able to allow myself freedom and not, in short.
  2. What areas of Wikipedia have you gotten involved in?
    Minor edits, punct cleanup. Some process use, some WP use, some userwarning.
  3. What do you think Wikipedia is?
    A big source of knowledge, a fount for encyclopedia.
  4. How do you currently spend time on Wikipedia?
    1h/week reading, 30m/week editing, approx.
  5. How much time do you currently give to Wikipedia?
    See above.
  6. How would you spend time as an administrator?
    Principally mop-up work
  7. What do you think an administrator does?
    See below.
  8. What are the responsibilities and powers administrators have?
    Responsibilities -
Closing AfD &c, RfA, deleting, antivandal and mopup stuff.
Rights
Priveliges over deleting, promoting, demoting, protecting and WP:OA.
