I'm far from home, can't buy the CD here - so, who's the author of the lyrics? That would help the understanding a lot. hi io pg iq1r-1 Serj Tankian wrote the lyrics. --Robert McKay 12:28, 13 September 2005 (UTC)
DId I hear a sample from "Mother Russia" by Iron Maiden in this song? 72.40.53.121 03:08, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
The chorus is in 6/8, people.
[edit] 4 Time signatures, not 5.
"The song uses five different time signatures (10/8, 9/8, 6/4, 3/4, and 4/4)."
Aren't 6/4 and 3/4 essentially the same time signature? I request changing it to:
"The song uses four different time signatures (5/4, 9/8, 3/4, and 4/4)." 88.107.13.88 16:10, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
Know what you are saying before you post! The first number tells how many beats are in a measure, while the secound indicates what the beat unit is 4 stands for a quarter note. 6/4 and 3/4 are not the same. ==Nightmare?==
What is all this about the song being derived from a nightmare? It should be verified or we would be slandering and creating misleading information about the song and the band. The statement should be removed. Zuracech lordum 20:25, 26 March 2007 (UTC) 'Italic text' ==

[edit] Power Ballad?
How the hell is this song a power ballad? It is nowhere even close. Whiffle Ball Tony (talk) 03:23, 6 April 2008 (UTC)
