I agree. I used to go to University next door to the QMC and it is quite stupendous in scale - quite unlike any other hospital I've seen, in terms of sheer vastness. Quite how a medium sized city comes to be possessed of such a gargantuan palace of medical care, I'm not sure. As well as Britain's largest hospital (a record which may be under threat from the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary or Glasgow Southern, although neither has the QMC's awesome visual bulk) it is rumoured to be Europe's largest building in terms of floor space. The reason the current image is used is because the creator and copyright holder is a wikipedia editor who has released the image under a free licence. We can replace the image with the one you have provided if you can either prove that the copyright holder has released the image under a free licence or if you can argue a case under the Fair use guidelines. On a separate note, please remember to sign your comments by placing ~~~~ after the end.
