Route 346 is a provincial highway located in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada. It runs from just east of the junction of Route 343 north of Joliette and Saint-Charles-Borromée and ends in Sainte-Julienne at the junctions of Route 125 and Route 337. It has a concurrency with Route 341 from northwest of Saint-Liguon to east of Sainte-Julienne near Rawdon.
