Route 219 is a provincial highway located in the Montérégie region of Quebec south of Montreal (near the Canada and United States international border). The highway starts at the border south of Hemmingford and north of Mooers, New York and ends at the junction of Route 104 near Autoroute 35 at St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Between St-Patrice-De-Sherrington and Napierville, it overlaps Route 221.
