As the programmer of Shrak I can verify that some developers had to resort to legal action to receive payment from QA...I'm wondering who else sued.

Some members of the Malice development team (myself included) threatened legal action in order to force QA to meet their obligations. Ultimately, the threats alone proved to be enough to get what we were owed.
