I've cleaned up and fixed up this page (actually did it several days ago). I relied on one book ("Molecular Cloning", 3rd ed) for the information, although I noted some original papers the book references I didn't list those as direct references because I haven't read the papers themselves. -Madeleine 16:31, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
