Quantum potential weapons
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Quantum Potential Weapons, also known as Scalar Weapons, are weapon systems employing principles of quantum mechanics and quantum entanglement into long range, offensive capabilities with little or no causative evidence. One application of Quantum Potential Weapons may be to utilize specific EM frequencies to compromise a target's immuno responses. The target is then more susceptible to the effects of a more traditional Biological Weapon (See Biological warfare). Gulf War Syndrome is often cited as a possible residual effect of the use of Quantum Potential Weapons during the Gulf War. Note that the existence of this technology is disputed, and may only exist in theory. The leading authority on Quantum Potential Weapons is Thomas E. Bearden whose theories are controversial, but whose contributions to scientific inquiry are recognized by the National Science Foundation.
