Quan Lei (Simplified Chinese: 权磊) (born 13 January 1985) is a Chinese football midfielder, who plays for Dalian Haichang in China Super League.

Quan play for Dalian Shide youth team from 2001, and was selected to the China national under-19 football team in 2003. After being praised by Vladimir Petrović, the new Dalian Shide manager, he became first team regular of Dalian Shide.
Quan was badly wounded in a knife attack by two assailants at October 5, 2006. He was stabbed at least 8 times in the attack[1]. He resumed at January 2008[2].
