Quam Limited (Quam) Quam Group, previously known as Wah Fu International Holdings Limited, was listed on The Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1997 (Stock code: 0952). In 2001, Quam diversified into the field of technology and finance by acquiring Quamnet.com.

To enhance the Group's development and growth as a full-service Financial Services Group, Quam acquired in September of 2001 the Hong K ong brokerage and financial services operations of Asia Pacific Creation Limited. The company then reorganized to Quam Capital (Holdings) Limited, thereby complementing its online financial services with an offline operation. In December 2001, another local brokerage operation was added.

To further expand and diversify the group's services, Quam acquired the credit information business of e-Credit. Quam Data Services Limited (QuamData) was sold in February 2008 to Hill & Associates Group Ltd.

In July 2003, Quam Group launched a number of private funds, the Quam Equity Growth Fund and Quam Traders Fund. This business has since expanded with the launch in May 2005 of 3 additional funds, the Quam Value Fund, Quam Greater China Fund and Quam Opportunity Fund.

Quam Group also provides online brokerage services, wealth management services and investor relations services to individuals and companies in Hong Kong and China.
