Qualys is a software company which provides computer vulnerability management services and a Payment card industry compliance solution. The company was founded in 1999. Since 2000 the company is led by Philippe Courtot, former President/CEO of Verity. Since 2001 the company is headquartered in Redwood Shores, California and has international offices.

- QualysGuard, a web-based product which combines traditional port scanning with a database of vulnerabilities to produce assessments of risk for various types of systems. QualysGuard also contains a network mapping feature which is a pure host discovery, and a ticketing system for tracking the remediation of vulnerabilities.
- QualysGuard PCI, a payment card industry compliance solution that is intended for businesses who need regular PCI auditing without the full set of vulnerability management features offered by QualysGuard Enterprise.
