QSV is a Chinese internet sports network. It shows sports programs, with a football channel and a basketball channel. The channel appears to have a partnership with the African sports group Super Sport as all of the Premier League broadcasts are from Super Sport, but it is not clear whether this is authorised. They use satellite to broadcast from many different networks including ESPN, Super Sport and UBC Sport. QSV may be a pirate channel, however, it is unclear whether QSV violates Chinese copyright laws.^{[citation needed]} QSV shows numerous games each weekend from the English Premier League with English commentary) as well as the German Bundesliga.
