Dan "Shag" Birchall

As a fan of Queensrÿche, I started Screaming in Digital back in 1991. It was originally a mailing list, but later morphed into a web site. Over the years, this led to me getting to know various people associated with the band and their label. Eventually I interviewed a member or two, and later met the band on several occasions.

I've also interviewed or met members of Dream Theater, Def Leppard, Suicidal Tendencies, Type O Negative and some other bands. In the mid-to-late 1990s, I reviewed numerous CDs, mostly for Bob Gajarsky's "Consumable Online." I might have a tidbit or two to add to some music-related pages.
