Qingchuan County (Chinese: 青川县; Pinyin: Qīngchuān Xiàn) is a county in Guangyuan, Sichuan, China.

It has an area of 3271 square kilometers and a population of 248,000.[1] On May 12, 2008 a 7.9 magnitude earthquake hit the region causing widespread devastation.[2]
