Qinding Xianfa Dagang

Qinding Xianfa Dagang (Chinese: 钦定宪法大纲; literally "Outline of Constitution by Imperial Order" or "Outline of Imperial Constitution",etc) is the late Qing Dynasty attempt to establish a Constitutional monarchy country at the beginning of the 20th century.
