Qin Guangrong

Qin Guangrong (Chinese: 秦光荣; Pinyin: Qí Guāngróng; born 1950) is a Chinese politician. He currently serves as the Governor of Yunnan in sothwestern China.[1]
Qin was born in Hunan Province in 1950.[1] He was first appointed the Governor of Yunnan in January 2007.[1] He was re-elected as Governor by the Yunnan Provincial People's Congress on January 24, 2008.[1]
The Governor of Yunnan is the second highest ranking political position in Yunnan after the chief Secretary of the Communist Party of China in Yunnan.[1] The Governor is responsible for all matters concerning economics, politics, personnel, the environment and foreign affairs in Yunnan.[1]
