Qena Governorate (Arabic: قنا) is one of the governorates of Egypt. It is in the south of the country, and covers a stretch of the Nile valley. Its capital is the city of Qena.
The governorate of Qina comprises the following cities:
- Abu Tesht
- Armant (Iuny or Hermonthis)
- Deshna
- El Wakf
- Esna (Senet or Tasenet or Iunyt or Latopolis)
- Farshout
- Nag Hammâdi
- Naqada (Nubt or Ombos)

- Qena (Kaine)
- Qus (Gesa or Gesy or Apollinopolis Parva)
The governorate of Qena also comprises the self-governing city of Luxor (Thebes).
