[edit] WP:CRIQ
Neither the person who gave the right answer to the last question (Q215), nor the person who set the question, is around to set a new question. As the setter of the the previous question, I think the honour falls to you :) -- ALoan (Talk) 10:13, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wow
You must have the cleanest talk page I have seen in ages - you must keep quiet or out of trouble! I was thinking of loading a list of named surfing locations for that stretch of coast - what do you think ?SatuSuro 22:54, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
- I'm guessing you're referring to the stretch of coast between Capes Naturaliste and Leeuwin? IMO you might have some trouble getting a detailed list of surfing locations in the Margaret Bay region past those that follow WP:NOT#INDISCRIMINATE. Perhaps a list of that nature would be better suited to Wikitravel?
- And yes, I'm a very good boy. :-) QazPlm 03:57, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

- My argument would go as follows - (a) Margaret River is the 'centre' of the south westsurfing area - in my sandbox (cluttered with junk) I do have the start of a list - (b) the region has a considerable economic and social impact from the particular sport - and notability alone would quietly sit heavily on any attempt at indicriminat tag for sure. My apologies for spoiling your talk page - I think you should get a prize or something? A messy barnstart perhaps?SatuSuro 04:03, 17 November 2006 (UTC) But because of complicated scattered edit range ( I am envious of cricket focused editors) probably wont start it for a while. Cheers SatuSuro 04:06, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Discussion on what to include on sports news page
Hello Qaz,
An important discussion is taking place on Portal talk:Current events/Sports on what scores should be included. Your input would be appreciated. Thanks -- Mwalcoff 02:34, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

Congrats on a really first-rate expansion of what was a shamefully poor stub. Johnlp 12:11, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Palm Island, Queensland ACOTF
Hi QazPlm, I notice that you have made positive contributions in the past to the Palm Island, Queensland article and the Great Palm Island Group template and you obviously have a huge amount of experience in WikiProject Australia. It would be great if you could help out with this two week project, I have created a to do list to get things started, your suggestions here and involvement generally would be hugely appreciated. Thanks! WikiTownsvillian 07:10, 22 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Speedy deletion of Daydream Island
A tag has been placed on Daydream Island, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read our the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
