The Qaisrani are a tribe of Baloch people who trace their ancestry from Qaiser Khan who was a nephew of Mir Chakar Khan Rind.

The majority of the tribe occupies Dera Ghazi Khan and its adjacent tribal areas in the Suleiman Mountains. Important centers of the tribe include Kot Qaisrani and Tibbi Qaisrani. The Dhodak oil fields lie in Qaisrani territory called Tuman in the local language.
