Taken from Pyongyang_metro_20070321.png, which was released into public domain (however, see next section). The author of that image recreated the logo himself (according to [1]).

The author's recreation is a derivative work and is thus not in public domain like the rest of Pyongyang_metro_20070321.png. The logo is still property of the North Korean government. North Korea has recently signed onto the Berne Convention, therefore, this logo is protected under U.S. copyright law. Thus, fair use applicability must be demonstrated:
