[edit] 1931 Constitution

I know something about sources of law in the mainland and HK, but little about Taiwan. So I studied it for awhile yesterday, and discussed the issue with a Taiwanese professor of law. The 1931 Provisional Constitution is not a source of law. Statutes enacted under it are still valid laws unless they conflict with the 1946/7 Constitution but the 1931 Constitution absolutely is not a source of law. SchmuckyTheCat (talk)
