Pyaaj Kachori

Pyaj Ki Kachori (pronounced as Pyäj ki k-chō-rē) is a kind of Indian donut stuffed with onion. It is very famous in Jodhpur and vicinity. It is a very spicy dish which you can get any sweet shop in Jodhpur city.

pyaz kachori is extremely delicious and normally is eaten with few chutney like mango chatni , imli chatni or dhania chatuney..... famous shops are rawat misthan bhandar in jaipur , aroara's jodhpur sweets in jodhpur.
