Decline reason: "On the one hand, the computer I'm currently on can't play the ogg file you uploaded. On the other hand, it's a bit unusual for a new user to suddenly upload a sound file and add it to someone else's userpage. Request reason: "On yet another hand, it is disgusting that you would decline an unblock based on guesswork. I would kindly ask that an admin who is competent enough to listen to .ogg files review my contribution. It was accurate (albeit with a slightly unorthodox accent- it was designed to cheer Riana up for goodness' sake, they look like they need it!) and not vandalism and was meant purely as a friendly gesture"
Decline reason: "If you already know Riana through Wikipedia, I find it hard to believe you don't already have another account which you use regularly. - Perhaps not the best way to go about it, I'll contact the blocking admin. To other admins/users the ogg is just a spoken version of Riana's userpage in an accent that sounds a bit like Peter Cook --Chris 09:59, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
