Putrakameshti

Putrakameshti is a special Yajna performed in Hinduism for the sake of having a child. It is a kaamya-karma. In the Ramayana, the king Dasharatha is described as having performed the Putrakameshti Yajna in order to obtain his sons Sri Rama, Lakshmana, Bharata and Shatrughna.If you want to know more about how to perform putrakameshti please contact www.hinduveda.org
