According to Mundipharma, Purdue Pharma, Mundipharma and Napp are related (" independent associated companies". I guess loads of cross-licensing by regions e.g. Betadine in parts of Europe is licensed from Mundipharma). See www(dot)Mundipharma(dot)co(dot)uk (do not link to the site it says on the legal stuff).
