Purwell

Purwell is a residential area of Hitchin in Hertfordshire. It is located in the north east of the town and is part of Hitchin Walsworth ward for local government purposes. It is named after the River Purwell which runs through the area. There is a primary school Purwell JMI. Other features in the area include Purwell Mill and a nature reserve Purwell Meadow [1].
