The Purple-crowned Lorikeet, Glossopsitta porphyrocephala, is an Australian lorikeet found in scrub and mallee of southern Australia. It is a small lorikeet distinguished by a purple crown, an orange forehead and ear-coverts and a light blue chin and chest.
