Purley Oaks railway station is in the London Borough of Croydon in south London. The station and all trains serving it are is operated by Southern, and it is in Travelcard Zone 6. Due to the high speed trains passing through the platforms frequently the station has become a suicide hot-spot with several attempts made each year.
