Purgatory was a heavy metal band from Cleveland formed in the early 1980s. They were perhaps best known for their 1986 album Tied To The Trax, which received airplay on Z Rock, an all hard rock/heavy metal radio station based out of Dallas, TX with a branch station in Cleveland. Some of the members briefly reunited in 1993 under the name, Victor Fist.
