Pure Narcotic is a single by British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree, released in November 1999, from the Stupid Dream album. It came in two formats: a regular CD and a 7" vinyl (limited to 1,000 copies).

  • All songs by Steven Wilson except where noted.
  • "Tinto Brass" recorded direct to mini disc from the mixing desk at Southampton University on April 24, 1999, Live Mix by Ian Bond. The same live version of the song was later included in the German Tour Edition of Lightbulb Sun.
  • "Door to the River" and "Nine Cats (acoustic)" were originally recorded in 1996/97 and issued on the Insignificance cassette.
