I'm not sure what references or citations people are asking for? You can go to the website to verify everything from the amount of articles published to the reviews, usernames, sandwiches...etc. Clarification please?

What you are describing sounds a whole like like original research done about the site. Per WP:WEB and WP:CORP (Wiki guidelines for writing articles to satisfy notability), in order to satisfy such notability, outside, independent (read: not in-house-written articles), third-party, reliable sources must be cited.
