This artible is all hearsay and has no evidence supporting it. Sounds like one person's fantasy that there is a `punjabi mafia`.

Where is the section of running underground taxi cab services and curry shops?

[edit] Redirect?

The conclusion of the discussion to delete the article was 6 keep, 4 deletes, with the strongest delete claims being that it was 'rubbish, and I know because i live there' and the other that its poorly written. I don't understand how that warrants making it redirect to mafia. Certainly anyone looking up punjabi mafia will not like being redirected to a page just on the mafia, and equally surely there is some organization to crime either within the punjab or in the world, somewhere, involving punjabis. What is the sense of a redirect here? it seems like the debate concluded that it should be kept. If people don't like the quality of the article, then they can surely advance it.
