Punk Goes '90s is a compilation of the Punk Goes... series created by Fearless Records. It features cover versions of songs from the 1990s. Despite the title few of the bands on the compilation are identified as punk rock bands.

The cover art references Nirvana's iconic Nevermind cover, on which "In Bloom" originally appeared.
