Punjabi Bagh (Hindi: पंजाबी बाग़, Urdu: پنجابی باغ) is an area of Delhi, India.
Considered one of the most upper class areas in West Delhi, Punjabi Bagh has seen rapid commercial growth since the mid-nineties with the opening of innumerable banks, restaurants, health clubs and other businesses in the area. Rich Sikh businessmen and people who migrated from Pakistan after partition constitute a significant part of the population. The adjacent area of paschim vihar is also well planned and a very beautiful locality. It houses some famous schools of Delhi, such as the Hans Raj Model School, Guru Harkrishan Public School(GHPS) and some specialty hospitals like the Maharaja Agrasen Hospital.
Divided into 2 parts mainly the Eastside and the Westside Punjabi Bagh it is well connected to various parts of the city and has a fairly good bus network and roads. It is also well connected to the Metro as the nearest metro station is about 3 km from the main Punjabi Bagh junction.
For recreation and social gatherings there is a club called the Punjabi Bagh Club mainly for the residents of Punjabi Bagh offering a lot of facilities like swimming, lawn tennis, Bar & Restaurant, Wedding Lawns etc. Over the recent years it has become an institutional hub, with many coaching institutes coming up in the central market.
